This is a Hybrid position - 3x days per week in the office
* Will be required to record and process supplier invoices.
* matching Purchas invoices to orders and delivery notes using 2-3 matching
* ensuring all invoice queries are escalated to relevant internal stakeholders and suppliers
* 100% monthly statement reconciliation recorded on control sheets
Will be required to take full responsibility of the life of a transaction end to end process. The accounts assistant provides an excellent service to suppliers
Must have proficiency in Microsoft office and coines / erp systems
Advanced SAP concur experience
Must have a mathematical mind set
