Hours and days can be flexible but ideally we are looking for someone who can commit to **10-15 hours per week** at this stage. This may increase over time depending on work load.

**You must have worked on XERO and be a proficient user**

**Key Responsibilities**

Expenses
Manage and reconcile staff credit cards
Month-end basic reconciliation of accounts
Year-end basic reconciliation of accounts
PAYE Settlement - basic collation of information and reports
Business mobile phone
Quarterly VAT return - prep and basic reconciliation
Supplier contracts
KY Client / KY Supplier due diligence
