Design & Business Development Executive

**Role Summary**:
We have a new opening for a **Design & Business Development Executive** to join our ambitious and fast-growing company, to ensure we're delivering the highest quality marketing communications across the organisation achieving agreed targets,to time and on budget. Working in this currently standalone role, you will lead the successful delivery of marketing campaigns in support of a key programme of work.

This is a Hybrid role; **Basildon / Home-based** (likely to be 3 days per week in the office).

**Role Outline**
- Assist with the delivery of an annual calendar of marketing campaigns, including market-leading webinars, seminars, conferences and events.
- Liaising with clients to organise the design and distribution of all branded marketing material.
- Overseeing the social media accounts, creating, and publishing engaging content, boosting engagement within audiences, and increasing new followers.
- Design the marketing collateral in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure that the design and content of the website is correctly branded, relevant and is optimised to achieve traffic and create leads.
- Working to agreed budgets with approved suppliers
**What you will need to succeed**
- Proven B2B Marketing experience which will include strong online and offline marketing experience.
- Experience of growing Social Media audiences.
- Skilled with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience of working within a professional services firm (Accountancy, Tax, Insurance or Legal) would be desirable.
- A good team player who can communicate with colleagues and clients alike in a professional manner and have a ‘can do attitude’.
- Have the ability to think outside the box and be prepared to be outspoken and bring your own ideas and own perspective to the role.
