The Party & Reservations Administrator is responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of party and event reservations. This role involves efficiently handling reservations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the establishment's events and parties. The Party & Reservations Administrator works closely with various departments, senior management and centre management to ensure seamless event planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
**Reservation Management**
- Maintain an organised reservation system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and maximising sales opportunities where possible.
- Work with Sales team to maximise occupancy levels and manage deals and promotions where appropriate
- Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations as per established procedures.

**Party Coordination**
- Collaborate with customers to understand their party or event requirements and preferences.
- Communicate & liaise with various stakeholders to ensure full understanding of party requirements
- Plan and arrange for event décor, entertainment, and any special requests.
- Ensure relevant systems are kept up to date

**Systems Management**
- Capable and confident using various different systems simultaneously these include:

- Party and event management software
- Table reservation software
- Customer communication systems
- Social media management
- Promo code management

**Customer Service**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and promptly.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively, aiming for swift resolution.
- Proven experience in event coordination, party planning, or reservation management.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.

The Party & Reservations Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring memorable and successful events for customers. This position requires a combination of excellent customer service, organisational skills, and effective communication to create positive experiences and contribute to the overall reputation of the establishment.
