- **Position: Service Receptionist**:

- **Location: Falmouth** **Working**:

- **Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (No weekends)**:

- **Salary: £11.50 to £12.50 per hour**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and service bookings with efficiency and professionalism.
- Demonstrate confidence and skill in dealing with challenging conversations while always ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Be proactive and detail-oriented when booking services, ensuring accuracy and adherence to schedules.
- Follow up with customers proactively, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicle and any additional services required.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, going the extra mile to ensure their needs are met promptly.
- Utilize the provided systems training effectively to streamline processes and improve overall service quality.
- Work collaboratively with the service and technical team to ensure a smooth communication and customer experience for clients.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
