**Full Job Description**

**Imperial Personnel are looking for a Workshop Operative for our client in Sandtoft. You will be supporting the manufacture and supply of product to the customer.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support the manufacture and supply requirements of the business.
- To work with the workshop team. Liaise with the production manager on workshop and workload requirements on a daily basis.
- Support fabrication work on the butt fusion and electrofusion machines.
- Provide support with saw work.
- Daily picking and packing and dispatch of product.
- Provide support with the storage of product.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
- Maintenance of machine records in accordance with company policy.
- General maintenance on all workshop machines where practical.
- To ensure environmental compliance and improvements.

**Other Duties**
- Support all activities to ensure continued development and compliance with our ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 45001 (Health & Safety) requirements
- Determine and implement continuous improvement to drive efficiencies
- Ensure all agreed policies and processes are followed documenting any non-conformities and positive outcomes
- Review all activities to make a positive impact in reducing overall costs, mitigate health & safety / environmental risks to our staff and customers and create options for development of the activity
- Other duties, as requested, within individual’s ability and competence
- Fork lift truck/telehandler driving.
- Good housekeeping skills
- Ability to work as a team member
- SAGE (potentially Navision in the future)
- Microsoft Excel / Word

**Shifts**

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
