**Key Responsibilities**:
Marketing:

- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
- Contribute to web development projects, including website design and maintenance.
- Monitor website traffic and analyse user behaviour using Google Analytics.
- Manage Google and social media advertising campaigns.
- Develop landing pages and optimise user experience.
- Produce compelling copywriting for various marketing materials.
- Design marketing collateral using tools like Canva.
- Utilise Microsoft Teams for effective team collaboration.
- Familiarity with SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Keyword Planner for keyword research.
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management.
- An understanding of Hootsuite and MetaBusiness for social media management.

Events:

- Plan and coordinate both in-person and online events.
- Utilise platforms such as Eventbrite, LinkedIn, Teams, and Meetup for event promotion.
- Create marketing materials including leaflets, brochures, and t-shirts.
- Implement safety processes and manage attendee sign-ins.
- Ensure event security and coordinate with venues, guest speakers, and attendees.
- Attend live events and represent the organisation professionally.
- Organise travel and hotel arrangements for event participants.
- Generate promotional codes and develop detailed event plans and schedules.
- Handle customer queries related to events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and leads.
- Manage and nurture leads to drive sales conversions.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and event planning roles.
- Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, and using tools like Canva.
- Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with event platforms like Eventbrite, LinkedIn, Teams, and Meetup.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and event security procedures.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead management.
