**Job Purpose**

As the Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility is to spearhead the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our brands.

**Reporting to**

Marketing Director

**Key Duties and responsibilities.**

**Strategic Implementation**:

- Assist in executing marketing plans and initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to the development of creative and innovative marketing strategies.
- Liaising with stakeholders and sending communications to keep the teams updated with calendar updates/pr/activations/new menu roll out/events and more.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, and other online platforms.
- Work with Content Creators (internal and external) and curate engaging content to enhance online presence and attract target audiences.

**Public Relations Support**:

- Support public relations efforts by coordinating media interactions, press releases, and influencer partnerships.
- Assist in maintaining positive relationships with media outlets and community partners.

**Events and Promotions Assistance**:

- Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event logistics.

**Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**:

- Work collaboratively with various departments to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Provide support for cross-functional initiatives and campaigns.
- Co-ordinate all artwork and brand collateral requests, digital and print

**Brand Positioning**:

- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across marketing materials and activities.
- Contribute to the development of visuals and messaging in line with brand positioning.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Campaign Performance - Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns providing insights for optimisation
- Digital Engagement - Monitor and report on key metrics such as social media engagement, website traffic and online conversion rates
- Event success - Assist in evaluating the success of promotional events through attendance numbers, sales and feedback
- Brand Consistency - Contribute to brand consistency across all marketing materials and touch points

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
