**Reach Plc** have an exciting role for a** Facilities Assistant**. The **Facilities Assistant** is responsible for the soft services such as, customer service, cleaning and help desk operations. Supporting the facilities Manager in their daily duties. Must have the ability to use software systems and use excel & google suite.

This role is** based** at our **Bristol Hub** but will need to travel to other sites as and when needed.

- Follow planned preventative maintenance programmes
- Responding to all enquiries promptly
- Helping to manage performance of in-house and out-sourced services to agreed service levels
- Conducting regular floor walks, ensuring that all faults, issues or concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely & effective manner
- Complete any necessary paperwork following repairs and maintenance
- Help to maintain the ISO:14001 environmental system
- Manage contractors coming on to site
- Review risk and method statements
- Open and Close jobs on a inhouse help desk system
- Positive attitude
- Good communication skills
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work on their own or in a team
- Previous maintenance experience
- Microsoft / Google workspace
