**Parts Administrator, Monday to Friday, Knowsley £28-30k, great benefits**

This is a newly created role working for an International Engineering Company within their modern engineering stores.

If you like to be busy, enjoy variety and are self motivated, organised and have good excel skills then read on

We are looking for someone with experience in stores management; however, an engineering stores background is not essential

Are you process driven, structured and organised with good coordination skills?

**So as the parts coordinator / spare parts administrator what will you be doing?**
Taking enquiries from UK and Ireland Customers for requests for quotes for spare parts
Place orders for parts and invoicing for these parts
Quoting customers for spare parts packages for new installations and upgrades to the systems and then ordering and invoicing for these parts
Create returns for repair parts
Quote for repairs
Order repaired parts
Check to make sure parts are on course to be delivered on time
Track, trend and report on specific KPIs linked to the role
Assist the Service Operations Manager with forecasting for financial reporting

**So as the parts coordinator / spare parts administrator what will you need to have ?**
Experience of working in a similar role
Strong PC skills, including a good level of excel
The ability to multi task, planning as lead times can be months, organised and have great attention to detail.

In return you will receive a salary of £28-30k with 6% pension, private healthcare and other benefits

This role would suit a strong administrator, inventory controller, stores planner, parts administrator, logistics coordinator or supply chain experience or someone who has worked in a technical environment and has good administrative skills
