**Job Title: Salesperson**
- **A talented Salesperson with at least 2 years of B2B experience is needed to join our team at Coolstays in Brighton on a full-time basis.**_

Launched in 2013, Coolstays now has over 3000 properties. We intend to expand this number dramatically with your help

This is a ‘hybrid’ working role, combining home-working with the option to work at a coworking venue near you, if needed. You will be expected to attend regular Sales Team meetings in Brighton. Travel costs will be covered by the company.

**About Coolstays**:
It’s our mission to curate the definitive list of amazing places to stay in the UK and abroad.

Each property listed on Coolstays offers something truly quirky, noteworthy or stylish. The variety of accommodation includes the coolest, quintessential cottages, villas, B&Bs and boutique hotels as well as glamping options such as shepherds huts, cabins and luxury tree houses; cool conversions such as boats, buses, trains and planes, churches, windmills, lighthouses and deluxe beach huts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Outbound sales - To tackle our growing database of cool places they want to have on board, contacting property owners with a view to them joining our collection
- Inbound sales - Talking with property owners located in your assigned regions who have approached us directly, hoping to join the collection
- “Cool-hunting” - To seek out new, on-brand prospects to add to their database and help keep our expansion plans moving along
- Driving sales and revenue through maintaining a steady stream of new properties joining the portfolio
- Maintaining the brand integrity of the company - ensuring our collection only includes “unique” places to stay
- Keeping abreast of travel trends and identifying new potential property owners

**Required Skills**:

- You will have a passion for travel and staying in unique places
- You will be confident and personable with a positive, can-do attitude
- You will be a team player who is willing to muck in and help colleagues out
- You will have a keen eye for detail, with excellent written and grammatical skills
- You will be enthusiastic, and able to work quickly and accurately under pressure by prioritising effectively
- You will be a conscientious self-starter and able to work reliably from home without supervision

**Required Experience**:

- 2 years of B2B experience is needed and a strong commercial or sales background
- Great project management and multitasking skills
- Highly IT literate
- A keen eye for visual imagery and style
- Experience working in a small fast-growing business
- High standard of written and verbal communication
- Excellent telephone manner

**Desirable Experience**:

- Experience working in the travel sector
- Experience using Zendesk Sell, Slack and Instagram
- A sound knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing.
