**Job**:
We are looking to hire an **Administrative Team Leader.**
- This role will give you the opportunity to be involved/ support with: _
- Provide visible and competent operational support to staff within the defined service area, motivating and empowering staff to deliver high standards
- Support the day-to-day efficient and effective operational management of the defined service areas, reporting to the Service Co-Ordinator all identified issues.
- Provide advice and guidance to the administrative staff in dealing with any operational issues on a day-to-day basis, facilitating effective communication between and across service areas.
- Oversee departmental rotas where required, ensuring safe cover at all times. Escalating and liaising with management where there is a risk to this being achieved.
- The post holder will ensure confidential and sensitive information is kept secure; specifically keeping personal information secure and respecting the confidentiality of service users, in accordance with current Data Protection regulations.
- Work with clinical and administrative colleagues, to help achieve sustained improvements, including in the following areas:

- Efficiency: for example, reduction of DNAs and provider cancellations
- Patient satisfaction
- Financial efficiency
- Patient access targets

**You**:

- As **Team Leader** you will have: _
- Enthusiasm, accuracy & a sharp eye for detail
- Have demonstratable leadership skills and confidence in people management.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills and a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent (including at Maths and English).
- Ability to demonstrate commitment to and skills in customer care Knowledge training & expertise.
- Excellent software skills, with experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to integrate and liaise with other departments
- Strong organisational skills & the ability to manage a busy workload to strict timescales
- A pragmatic, conscientious approach to the tasks required
- A keen sense of self-motivation, with the ability to effectively work alone or as part of a team
- Analytical Skills - Ability to work under pressure within a co-operative multi-disciplinary team based working environment
- A professional image and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

**Experience required**:

- Previous Experience within Administrative role
- Familiarity with Healthcare Software is advantageous - however full training will be provided.
- A good working knowledge of the following software packagesMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
