Walworth Garden is an educational and environmental charity, dedicated to knowledge and nurture. We provide excellent learning and horticultural therapy in a garden that is open to all, seven days a week. Our charitable work includes teaching City & Guilds accredited Practical Horticulture Skills at Level 2, and running gardening therapy for those with mild to moderate mental health issues, as well as those who need support before re-entering work.

In order to generate additional income, our trading arm provides additional Environmental Landscaping Services to public, private and community sites. We also run a plant centre focusing on house propagated, organic and peat-free stock for the discerning gardeners of London and beyond. These commercial endeavours build surpluses that support our charitable work, and this symbiosis is essential to Walworth Garden’s ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage social media accounts and create compelling content to drive audience growth
- Utilize content management systems to publish and update website content
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Write and edit copy for various marketing materials, such as website content, blog posts, and press releases
- Analyze data using SQL to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, SEO, and digital advertising

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design
- Strong research skills to gather market insights and competitor analysis
- Proficient in copywriting with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis is a plus
- Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and platforms
- Basic understanding of JavaScript for website optimization is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce marketing is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: £21,752.00 per year
