Digital Marketing Lead - Fast Growth Tech Recruitment

We are a young but highly ambitious tech recruitment company that operates in the crypto space. We recently finished 10th in the Recruiter Hot 100, so we have made progress, but there's more to do.


5 years old, we've grown to around 30 people steadily but want to accelerate that growth in the next year.

This is an opportunity to be an integral part of that journey to super charge our growth and take the brand to the next level

The role:

  • Plan and create content in partnership with our content writer
  • Create, manage and drive brand strategy
  • Develop new channels and campaigns through staying up to date with industry developments

The exciting part:
We want to grow to 100 people in the next 2 years. This cannot be done without someone excellent in this role. The brand is good, we want it to be great.

You will have:

  • 5 years digital marketing experience
  • The ability to produce slick graphics and video content
  • A super positive attitude to getting it done
  • Real desire to improve yourself
Salary + bonus are excellent, depends on experience


Onsite initially to learn the ropes, then hybrid working if you want it, but we firmly believe that the best collaboration happens when we're all together.
