**Examination Management Coordinator x 2 (12 month FTC)**:
Due to an expansion of our current team and further growth of the business, we currently have two full time 12 month contract roles open that would suit individuals who are interested in an **Administration / Customer Service** type roles.

We are looking for Examination Management Coordinators to join our busy and friendly team and we would love to hear from enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer services and administration skills.
- Working hours: full
- time **35 hrs **Monday to Friday between 9am -5pm
- You will be working for a well-established organisation: City & Guilds

**About The Role**:
You’ll carry out a range of administrative and technical activities within the team including the manipulation and extraction of data, responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders, interrogate systems, retrieve information, process systems data, including financial transactions. This will all be in accordance with procedures to support delivery of our key performance indicators.

**About You**:
This is an excellent opportunity to join City & Guilds in this varied role. The role would suit an individual with a good working knowledge of Excel, good attention to detail and some previous administration experience OR good set of transferable skills.

You’ll be comfortable taking responsibility, and you will have excellent organisational skills that will ensure you meet deadlines and maintain the highest level of quality.

You’ll need good team working skills and be able to work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and customers. The ability to communicate accurately and effectively, both verbally and in writing are key, as is the ability to analyse issues and solve problems.
