If you are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge into complex clinical care or if you already have complex care experience, this could be the perfect job role for you

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Birmingham, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality one-to-one care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in her family home.

**Meet Our Service User**

Our service user is a sociable young girl who lives with her family in Birmingham, she requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.

She loves to be around people, interacting with others and receiving cuddles from her family and care team. She enjoys playing with her sensory toys, especially her favourite toy butterfly and octopus.

You will accompany her to her educational setting where you will support her daily routine and tasks, provide personal care, moving and handling, make clinical observations, and attend to her needs when required. You will provide reassurance, and nurture to make a positive difference to her day-to-day life.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration

**Desirable Experience**
- Tracheostomy Care
- PEG Feeding
- Oxygen Administration
- Spina Bifida Awareness

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time Days
- 2 Shifts Per Week
- 8am - 4:30pm
- Monday - Friday

**Take a look at our payrates**

Weekdays: £12.00 per hour (Approx. £102 per shift)

Bank holidays: £14.50 per hour (Approx. £123.25 per shift)
