We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants in Birmingham who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a happy young girl who lives with her parents in Birmingham and requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis with her complex care needs.

She enjoys creative activities such as messy play and arts & crafts, she also loves singing, dancing, and watching TV. One of her favourite TV shows to watch is Coco Melon.

During term time, your role will be to support her with her morning routine and accompanying her to her educational setting. You will assist her with her personal care, moving and handling, making close clinical observations and attending to her care needs when required.

You will assist her in engaging in her learning and development through play and support with engagement and interaction with her peers.

During non-term time, you will be required to assist with social activities as well as meeting her care needs, this could include personal care, mobility support and attending to her clinical care needs when required.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal care
- Moving and positioning
- Medication Administration

**Desired Experience**
- Gastrostomy Care
- Development Delay Awareness
- Nebulisers

**We have the following shifts available**
- Part Time Days
- 8am - 4pm
- Monday - Friday

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £104 per 8-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (Approx £120 per 8-hour shift)
