KPMG is looking for a Head of Products and Portfolio with a passion for helping organisations navigate market trends, pursue innovation and achieve digital transformation. Our team is collaborative and focuses on building digital products and services with a user-driven, agile approach. We work lean - our small teams can take on big problems with and within large organisations.

Our Head of Product and Portfolio will coordinate across 4 key digital competencies; data, market trends, design and (emerging) technology. They will introduce our clients to KPMG's capabilities in these areas and will be a leading voice in enhancing KPMG's standing in the digital space.

As a Head of Product and Portfolio, you will be:

- Helping define product vision and strategy for both client and KPMG products
- Building and leading a team of product professionals
- Defining measuring and reporting approaches on product performance
- Undertaking roadmap planning and execution
- Communicating product vision, strategy and plans
- Framing or reframing value propositions for customers and clients
- Ensuring continuous discovery and delivery of new products, technologies and employee experiences
- Coaching, developing and mentoring
- Advocating for product management practices and helping to cement our culture of user centred, product-led digital experience development
- Chasing innovation by being constantly curious, inquisitive and proactive
- Encouraging innovative and iterative approaches to product evolution
- Establishing and managing client relationships
- Liaising with key client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

What you need to bring with you:

- Extensive experience delivering research solutions or projects for various clients as well as strong leadership experience.
- Proven experience in building quality digital products, enabling business capability and objectives through technology
- Demonstrable experience in leading, influencing and inspiring teams and the people around you
- Proven experience of working collaboratively at all levels with engineers, product designers, user researchers and other business teams to co-create solutions that solve customer problems
- A focus on outcomes with the ability to evaluate the right information to form conclusions, and make decisions that lead others to a shared understanding of goals and KPIs
- A proactive and relentless approach to self-improvement and appetite to stay in tune with digital, business and market trends
- A strong advocacy of the user and a proven champion of the customer experience
- An analytical and critical thinker
- Strong knowledge of the digital industry and mobile/web product development
- A natural ability to quantify business benefits, measure trade-offs and define relative business value and service cost of product features to inform commercial decisions and strategies.
