Clever are looking to recruit a Property Co-ordinator into our successful lettings office in Plymouth

As a Property Coordinator you will be responsible for delivering a professional, flexible and responsive service that our landlords have come to expect from Clever.

Previous experience in property is welcome, however if you can bring a positive can-do attitude then this is far more important.

Responsibilities will include;
- Impeccable communication manner
- Using the phone to speak with clients
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment;
- Attention to detail, able to spot errors and rectify;
- Chasing outstanding documents;
- Answering inbound and making outbound phone calls to tenants, landlords & contractors;
- Strong organisational skills with methodical approach and ability to multi-task;
- Obtaining quotes from approved contractors and uploading invoices accordingly;
- Arranging compliance certificates including; PAT testing, EICR certificates, Gas Safety Records & HMO Licensing;
- Ensuring the required repairs & works are completed promptly and communicated with both clients and tenant;
- Facilitate access for Contractors, Landlords and colleagues;
- Working closely with the sales office & Accounts team;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to work alone and within a team;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Managing move-out process including deposit releases and dilapidations;
- Advising landlord on legislative requirements, company standards & legislation changes.

**Salary**: £17,500.00-£19,000.00 per year
