A new and exciting opportunity for a dedicated Team Administrator to join us.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is passionate, committed, innovative, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to delivering high quality work.

The national Targeted Lung Health Checks programme offers people aged 55 to 74 who have ever smoked the opportunity to have a lung health check, and for those at risk of lung cancer, a referral to lung cancer screening with a low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) scan of the chest. The programme contributes to the overall Long Term Plan early diagnosis of cancer ambition that by 2028 the proportion of cancers diagnosed at stage one and two will rise to three quarters of cancer patients.
- Consistent provision of comprehensive and efficient secretarial/ administrative support
- To use your own initiative, managing, prioritising, planning and organising own time using extensive knowledge, skills and experience.
- To be a ‘Team Player’ working in a way that encourages high performance from other staff, with the aim of maintaining optimum efficiency within the department. To support other team members to deliver an efficient administrative/secretarial service
- To utilise the required technology/hospital systems / new technology or system (s) and support other team members to do so to deliver an efficient administrative/secretarial service.
