**Claims Co-ordinator**

In this role, you will play a vital role within the company and be the first point of contact for our customers.
You will provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers. You will need to be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and empathetic service.
**What will your day look like**:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Issue reports to clients when required.
- Resolve customer queries proactively.
- Appoint suppliers.
- Make outbound calls to customer/supplier/clients.
- Dealing with and actioning associated tasks in relation to claims
- To support the field adjusters and associates
- Compile reports within the Adjuster/Technician partnership
**Abilities And Knowledge**:
- Previous Insurance claims experience
- Ability to delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Capable to effectively communicate - both written and verbal
- Proven experience working as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skill
- Competent numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
- A proactive attitude, and enthusiastic Polite and courteous phone manner
