We are currently looking for 2 x Operations Agents (Customer Service) for our client in Bradley Stoke. They are a worldwide shipping and transport company with multiple sites in Bristol.

**Role Title**: Operations Agent (Customer Service)

**Hourly Rate**: £10.72

**Hours of Work**: 07.00 - 16.00 or 10.00 - 19.00

**Days of Work**: Monday to Friday

**Start Date**: As soon as possible after vetting

**Duration**: ongoing

We are currently seeking an Operations Agent to ensure we get those important shipments to their destinations, As an Operations Agent with our client you will be the face of the company representing the brand so you will need a professional and friendly personality, and a desire to deliver excellence.

**You will responsible for**:
Supporting the movements of shipments through the clients network
Scanning of shipments to capture location details and data info
Providing administrative support and operational tasks
Data entry and monitoring
Customer service, dealing with internal and external customers

Experience/Skills Required for this role
Minimum 1 years' experience in Customer Service
Experience in Word/Excel
The ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative
Prior experience would be beneficial, but full training is available
Fluent written and spoken English
