**Oliver Wyman is looking for a Global Mobility Specialist, concentrating on European immigration and visa matters, to join us in London.**

**The Opportunity**

As Global Mobility Specialist you’ll provide support to the Global Mobility Manager on a diverse range of activities, including day-to-day immigration, visa and relocation matters across Europe.

General activities will include advising and assisting internal clients on visa and work permit processing, as well as assisting employees through the process of international transfers between Oliver Wyman offices.

**Who we are looking for**:

- We’ll consider immigration or mobility professionals, or someone from Human Resources who has focused on HR and immigration within the European region.
- Ideally we’re looking for someone from the management consulting or professional services sectors
- Alternatively, experience in working for a large international corporate firm with a presence in Europe will also be considered - experience of working as part of an international team is essential
- European language skills will be highly advantageous.
- You must be educated to at least Bachelor’s degree level

**Key Responsibilities of this Global Mobility Specialist role will include**:
**Immigration**
- Advising Talent Management (TM) Teams on immigration processes required for international project staffing. This also includes proactively staying up to date on restrictions, challenges and changes to existing processes, advising TM of potential impact on project staffing and implementing alternative solutions as and where required
- Monitoring systematic changes to visa processes and ensure that OW standard templates are updated to reflect any changes
- Closely cooperating with the HR Operations team to ensure visa files are in good order and up to date
- Administering Immigration files of sponsored workers to ensure these meet country legislation

**Relocation**
- Coordinating the approval process for international transfers in close collaboration with Talent Management
- Pulling together the transfer paperwork and act as main point of contact for relocating employees, liaising with other parts of the business as needed (HR Operations, Talent Management etc.)
- Administering enrolment for relocation benefits (Medical insurance, tax assistance, relocation support) and liaise with the vendors as needed.

**Database and Reporting**
- Inputting all data into the team’s internal Immigration and Relocation Database on SharePoint and ensure data integrity is maintained
- Monitoring expiry dates of visas and work permits and proactively contacting applicant to see whether a renewal may be required.
