**Our client is now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Bromborough, CH62 3PL**

They require an experienced and trained internal Customer Service professional to join a successful team in handling incoming sales enquiries and maximise opportunities.

They operate 4 online stores and a wholesale business. This is a dynamic role with an extensive client database and an ambitious expansion programme.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a person that wants to develop their career, you will be part of a team and you must be highly organised, self-motivated and experienced.

**Salary**: £21,000 - £24,000 basic plus Bonus Scheme

**Customer Service Advisor**:

- Handling incoming enquiries maximising the product range
- Producing quotations and online administration
- Building rapport with business owners and key decision makers
- Achieve key KPIs and promotional activity

**Customer Service Advisor Requirements**:

- Previous B2B Customer Service experience (Essential)
- Highly organised, trained, dynamic, self-motivated person that can "get the job done"
- Able to build strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Good standard of numeracy and literacy
- Online admin experience
