'''Duties''' - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner - Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products - Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized reception area '''Qualifications''' - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls in a courteous manner Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
