**Job description**

**Previous experience in a people facing receptionist role is essential.**
- Working on the front reception desk to welcome patients.
- To undertake general receptionist duties in a busy GP practice.
- Working on phones taking calls from patients.
- Excellent customer service skills with a courteous and friendly demeanour
- Managing challenging behaviour in a professional manner.

**Your Responsibilities;**
- Answer incoming phone calls and signpost appropriately
- Manage all queries as necessary in an efficient manner
- Monitor and maintain the reception area
- Deal with queries from patients, visitors and other healthcare workers

Will need excellent customer service skills and someone who can handle pressure.

To follow company policies and procedures

Experience in working in a GP surgery and working on System one is preferred.

Hours Mon - Fri (PM)

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £11.60 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
