**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title**:Sales Administrator
**Reporting To**:VP of Sales
**Main Purpose**:Process sales orders in an accurate and timely manner. Resolve any sales order queries. Customer relationship development.

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Sales Order Processing**:

- Accept incoming calls and actively promote our products.
- Process written, verbal and web orders and ensure the system is accurately updated
- Deal with a variety of different queries from customers.
- Ensure orders are entered onto ERP.
- Check stock availability on all items input into the system.
- Advise customers if any items are out of stock providing approximate delivery date, if known, or provide an alternative product.
- Issue an order acknowledgment for each order processed.
- Assist with general adhoc duties necessary to assist the smooth running of the company.

**Innovation and Learning**:

- Act as an ambassador for the company when in contact with customers and create an excellent impression.
- Support and develop fellow team members as and when the need arises.
- Attend and take an active part in departmental meetings, making a positive contribution where possible.
- Attend training, when required.

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience with CRM systems
- Customer service experience
- Previous sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/ exceeding KPIs
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- IT Proficient
- A customer focused mindset alongside a great positive and can-do attitude

**Desirable**
- After sales support_
- Small business/ start up experience_
