Our Client supply to major organisations and their business has grown significantly leading to investment in new machinery and expansion to their state of the art Bangor based site facility.

Purpose of the role you will be the main link between customers, suppliers, production, and accounts department, accurately processing financial information.

We are looking for an individual with a good ability to prioritise, as you will be working with multiple means of communications. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as collating numeric data, working with SAGE or similar accounting packages, also but not limited to, working with in-house computer systems.

**Specific duties will involve**:
**Purchase ledger**
Processing invoices and credit notes
Chasing/Coding expenses and requesting approval by relevant manager
Supplier accounts reconciliation
Resolving invoice and supplier queries in a timely manner

**Sales Ledger & Credit Control**
Maintenance of customer records and ledger of accounts
Raising Sales Invoices with detailed descriptions for review and supporting with credit control

**Other**
Other ad hoc administration duties as required by the Chief Financial Officer

**Essential criteria**

Applicants will be conversant with **Sage 50 software** and ideally **Sage Payroll** as well as Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working within a team and working on own initiative with high attention to detail
