- Cynorthwyo’r Partner Busnes Grwp Cyllid - Asedau a Datblygu i baratoi cyllideb flynyddol Adeiladu o'r Newydd.
- Yn gyfrifol am gynnal a chadw’r gofrestr asedau sefydlog y stoc tai, sicrhau cydymffurfio gyda gofynion SORP Tai (Datganiad o’r Arfer a Argymhellir).
- Ymgymryd â chyfrifo cydrannol yn unol â gofynion SORP Tai.
- Cynorthwyo i sicrhau bod yr wybodaeth ariannol sydd ar y system Rheoli Ased yn cysoni i’r wybodaeth ariannol ar y ledjer cyffredinol.
- Sicrhau bod llyfrau a chofnodion cywir yn cael eu cadw er mwyn cydymffurfio â gofynion statudol a rheolaethol.

**Assistant Finance Business Partner - Development**

**£25,641 - £28,250 per annum 37 hrs a week / Bangor / Permanent if partly qualified**

We are Adra. We provide quality homes in north Wales. We’re not an organisation that stands still. Over the coming years we will have built a significant number of homes outside the county, with an ambition to be providing several hundred more high qualityhomes across north Wales. Although highly ambitious, we are equally determined to protect and develop the rich culture and heritage of the communities we serve.

We are looking for an individual who can:

- Prepare monthly managements accounts, including the production of variance analysis reports and liaison with budget holders on a regular basis to ensure proper financial control.
- Assist the Group Finance Business Partner - Assets & Development with the preparation of the annual New Build Capital Budget.
- To be responsible for maintaining the fixed asset register in relation to the housing stock, ensuring compliance with Housing SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice) requirements.
- To undertake component accounting in accordance with the requirements of the Housing SORP.
- To assist with ensuring that the financial information held on Asset Management systems reconcile to the financial information held on the general ledger.
- To ensure that proper books and records are maintained in order to comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.
