With over 1 million active users in 60 countries, this well-funded organisation maintains a high 97% satisfaction rate. To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening in London for an experienced Account Executive to sell into the Dutch market.

**As an Account Executive, you will**:

- Build awareness and drive pipelines and revenue
- Generate net new business in a scalable, predictable, and transparent manner
- Target mid-market to enterprise-level accounts
- Receive SDR support to supplement your activity
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Target the Dutch market
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to drive effective strategies

**Account Executive applicants will demonstrate the following skills, traits, and experience**:

- Degree level education
- 5+ years B2B SaaS, L&D, EdTech or HRTech sales experience
- Mid-market to Enterprise exposure
- Dutch speaking (advantageous)
- Collaborative
- Hunter mentality
- Commercially aware
- Technically astute
- Highly driven
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Analytical and attentive
- Start-up experience

**The successful Account Executive can expect**:

- A base salary circa 60-70k
- Uncapped OTE of 110-140k
- Hybrid working
