The key duties of the Client Service Associate are as follows:

- Involvement in aspects of the client journey, from account submissions to day-to-day query management
- Responsible for providing a "best in class" service to new and existing clients.
- Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs, to ensure monthly targets are met
- Build internal and external relationships to help drive client efficiency
- Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs
- Identify system and process improvements and raise these for consideration
- Build in-depth knowledge of various business and specialist areas, such as Alternative Investments, Banking & Payments

**The Successful Applicant**:
The requirements for the Client Service Associate are as follows:

- 2 years experience in Client Service focusing on Alternative investments
- Payments and Banking experience
