**Client Service Associate - London Office (West End)**

The Client Service Associate presents an exciting and challenging client facing role within the Relationship Management team, situated in the London office.

The main duties the **Client Service Associate** will have to carry out are as follows:

- Close collaboration and provision of support to multiple Relationship Managers, servicing sophisticated HNWI & UHNWI client relationships
- Daily contact with clients, being the first point of contact for any of their queries
- Delivering and supporting RMs to deliver tailor made services and the offering to HNWI & UHNWI clients
- Execution of transactions including complex account openings; and the execution of tasks and processes within the lifecycle of an account (e.g., KYC / ongoing DD / client reviews)
- Payments initiation and call-backs & Transfer of Assets initiations
- Placing trades

The key requirements for the **Client Service Associate **are as follows:

- 2 years experience within the client service realm within financial services
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are of advantage
- Strong educational background is desirable
- Computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel/Word
- Excellent communication skills, sales and client service competencies
- A team player with the highest professional work ethic and standards
- Reliable with excellent interpersonal skills and the drive to work in a target driven and high performance culture
- High level of personal integrity and compliance standards ensuring all work activities are performed in line with internal and external guidelines and regulatory policies
