Job Title: Client Service Associate

At Jigsaw Financial, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their financial advisers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisers and their clients, providing timely and accurate support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process client and adviser firm instructions efficiently, ensuring that all requirements are met and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring that our service is consistent and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, ensuring that our service is always aligned with the latest requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial services products and regulatory requirements, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
