**What Will You Be Doing?**
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing the Health and Safety computer systems
- Ensuring accurate and up to date input of supportive documentation, including, maintenance records, Checklist allocation, incident and claims information, allocation of tasks through to closure.
- Liaising with sites / third parties to obtain and collate records for uploading
- Assisting the safety team with preparation of audits, ensuring supportive documentation is available.
- Co-ordinating audits and inspections, issues and tracking corrective actions
- Maintaining the contractor register, ensuring supportive documentation is collected.
- Collating and producing monthly statistical reports
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 17:00pm or 08:30am - 16:30pm.
