We are seeking an Assistant Digital Construction Coordinator to join us on a Major Project at Devonport Royal Dockyard in Plymouth, Devon where we are the preferred contractor to carry out heavy civil engineering construction refurbishing elements of the Royal Navy dockyard. Due to the site being a high security military navy base, we require additional security checks which can take up to 8 weeks.

**Your mission**

As Assistant Digital Construction Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

- Represent the company where necessary at internal and external meetings
- Liaise with other departments and project teams within the company with respect to modelling requirements
- Ensure that all modelling work is carried out in compliance with ISO 19650, BAM and CAD standards
- Process information such as site surveys and point cloud data to assist with model creation
- Use 2D, 3D modelling to produce models and design drawings
- Understand and implement digital construction procedures in models and drawings

**Who are we looking for?**
- Collaborate with others to produce accurate 3D/BIM models
- Have good understanding of civil/structural design and principles
- Strong interest in 3D design, modelling and creating immersive models
- Able to collaborate and work effectively within a multidiscipline and diverse team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks
- Prior experience of Bentley Synchro, 3Ds Max, Solibri and Civil 3D beneficial but not essential
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing modelling skills qualification
- Degree in related discipline (Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.) is preferred
- Able to travel and work on site/office with a proportion open to working from home
