Due to the nature of this role and the nature of the work at this site, you will be required to complete a Government Security Check (SC) Clearance / Counter Terrorism Check (CTC), which takes place before your employment, and is conducted by the Cabinet Office's United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) agency who set out a pre-requisite criteria including residency history.

**Your mission**

As BIM Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders and work closely with the senior project management team to ensure a value-added approach to digital is realized
- Represent the company where necessary at internal and external meetings.
- Ensure that all modelling work is carried out in compliance with ISO 19650, BAM and CAD standards.
- Provide training in aspects of digital construction and information management practices both to the team members and to the supply chain.
- Seek out and promote the use of technologies that can improve business outcomes.
- Take a lean approach to identifying project solutions.
- Ensure the model coordination plan and the process are in place.
- Ensure that the building information data quality (graphical and non-graphical) and the level of information detail are accurate and the right information is delivered to the client/appointing party.
- Generate information model and review the information model that the task team produces.
- Assist and train Digital Construction Technicians and Modellers whenever required
- Manage and review the work produced by the digital production team/members (Specialists and Modellers).
- Understand the hardware and software requirements on the project and communicate with the BIM Lead and Project information Manager.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Able to collaborate and work effectively within a multidiscipline and diverse team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have good understanding of civil/structural design and principles.
- Strong interest in 3D design, modelling and creating immersive models.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Solibri, ProjectWise
- Prior experience of Synchro, 3Ds Max, Navisworks beneficial but not essential.
- Degree in related discipline (Civil Engineering, Architecture, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience in digital construction management/document management, with a project' experience in BIM coordination.
- Working knowledge of ISO 19650 (Level 2 BIM) or BS1192 and associated PAS/BS 1192 codes required.

This is a full time position, 3-5 days a week on site in Devonport, rest of the time could be working from home.
