Site Coordinator

Contract Role

RGB Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Site Coordinator to oversee the civil engineering components of a significant construction project.

This role requires a professional with a valid SMSTS certification and First Aid training, who possesses a strong background in managing complex construction sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to navigate challenges effectively and provide innovative solutions to ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the civil engineering aspects of a new high-end construction project.
  • Collaborate with local authorities to address site-specific challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage contracts and commercial aspects of the project.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supervising or managing civil engineering projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with steel-framed structures and industrial units.
  • Possession of a valid Gold or Black CSCS card.
