**Collections Agent**

**Kilmarnock based office with Hybrid working model** (3 days in office and 2 days at home)

**Salary of £22,000 per annum plus bonus opportunities up to £350 per month**

**Monday to Thursday between the hours 8am - 8pm - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (every 3rd Saturday 8am - 2pm)**

**Start date March/April 2024**

In this role you will be responsible for taking calls from customers who are in financial difficulty and trying to set customers up on affordable payment plans to start their repayment journey. You are responsible for taking ownership of customer accounts and empathize with customers to make their journey as smooth as possible.
