**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering a range of business services, including accounting, tax, and advisory.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Working closely with senior staff to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Contributing to the development and training of junior staff.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent).
- Strong technical knowledge in accounting and tax.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
