he Design Coordinator role
As Design Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating the design process on a £10 Million Design & Build project. Reporting to the Regional Design Manager the role will be responsible for coordinating the design process including buildability and value engineering; attending and chairing design meetings with relevant stakeholders; ensuring the design process is managed throughout and the building is successfully delivered in line with all specifications.
Successful applicants will have a proven track record of undertaking the role of Design Coordinator for a main contractor who undertake projects of a similar size and nature. Construction Senior Talent and our partner clients are equal opportunities employers
