**Title**:Local systems Coordinator

**Salary**:£22,050 per annum

**Hours/Contract**: Permanent, 35 hours per week

**Based**:Home Based and Edinburgh Hospice

**Closing date**:22nd November 2023

As a Local Systems Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring your region maintains an acceptable level of data quality within the electronic patient record systems.

In collaboration with your local head of operations and the national service transformation team, you will be crucial in helping your team achieve the level of data accuracy required to ensure we demonstrate to our commissioners the great care we provide for our patients.

As a superuser, you will also be responsible for providing basic training on how to use the systems to all new starters.

You will also be heavily involved in analysing data from the national reports and running new, ad hoc reports as and when required.

**What we are looking for**:

- Good attention to detail
- Passionate about driving change
- Skilled in Excel as well as previous experience using clinical record systems
- Comfortable working from own initiative
