We are looking to recruit a staff to join our dedicated outreach work in Barnet.

A fantastic new opportunity has arisen to become an Outreach Worker, engaging with asylum seekers and refugees, assisting them with integration into the UK society and move them into more settled lifestyles.

No two days are the same, and we treat everyone in our service as individuals, so being flexible, curious, and a good listener is critical.

You will have to record information about what you do, so enjoying a bit of paperwork and attention to detail is essential. But most of the time, you will enjoy working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference in their lives.

Required:
You must be able to Farsi AND English. Dari is also desirable.

You will focus on engaging with people who have fled their home country and sought refuge in the UK. You will have experience engaging with individuals with multiple complex social needs and demonstrate a determined approach to finding solutions.

You have knowledge and experience in Welfare Benefits/DWP/Housing, Universal Credit, Debit and Domestic Abuse.

Knowledge and experience working with both diverse and vulnerable populations.

Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative manner?

Be able to record information about what you do promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 21/40 per week

**Salary**: From £13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
