**Description**:
This role is to provide support across financial operations with processing invoices, banking transactions and completing the billing processes.

**Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Manipulation of data to produce customer invoices.
- Processing Bank Transactions
- Assisting with payment and collection activities
- Accurate and timely posting of supplier invoices and credit notes
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Preparation of monthly reconciliations
- Reconciling bank in multi-currencies
- Completeness and accuracy of supplier & Customer data across all accounting platforms
- Assisting with the timely completion of month end processes and production of monthly reports
- Ensuring all activities are compliant with relevant financial policies.
- Preparing and posting journals

- Departmental buyers & Account Managers
- 3rd party providers - credit cards / banking / finance software

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**

**Essential**
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Intermediate Excel Skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multi tasker
- Problem solver
- Accurate data entry skills
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a transactional finance role

**Desired**
- AAT foundation level (equivalent) or above
- Advanced Excel skills
- Use of Sage/Xero

**Other Contextual Information/Special Features**:

- Ability to support office and homework requirements on a hybrid basis (Normally one day per week)
