**Position Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic **Dental Patient Journey Administrator** to assist our patients with their inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a seamless patient journey experience. As a Dental Patient Journey Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns, scheduling appointments, and offering guidance on dental procedures, treatments and finance. This is a remote position, and you will be working in a self-employed capacity, providing support from the comfort of your own home / office.

**Summary of Job role**:

- Provide accurate information on dental procedures, treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments, coordinating with dental professionals and ensuring optimal patient flow.
- Address patient concerns and complaints, providing empathetic and effective resolutions to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including contact information, appointment details, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the dental team to optimize patient care and coordinate any necessary follow-up appointments or referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, dental treatments, and technologies to provide informed and comprehensive support.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer support role within the dental or healthcare industry
- Completed high school certificate or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with patients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, appointment scheduling systems, and other relevant tools.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patient needs.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Clear DBS check
