Customer Service Representative Apprentice

**Are you looking to be the person responsible for answering customer queries and expand business sales?**
- Communicating on a day-to-day basis with customers for product sale
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Organisation of stock sheets
- Be responsible for updating the company website on stock
- Be the person responsible for arrange deliveries
- General day-to-day admin duties

**Plus any additional duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be expected to be undertake in accordance with the role.**

Prior experience is desirable, but not mandatory.

**Skills and Qualities**:

- Be fluent with English
- Have good communication skills
- Be a team player
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Have a genuine passion for sales and customer support
- Work well under pressure
- Smart appearance
- Polite manners

**Desired Skills**:

- Be able to manage conflict situations
- Good basic English and maths skills

**Desired qualifications**:
Maths and English (A*-C/4-9) or equivalent but not mandatory

**Work Schedule**

Monday - Friday 10:00am - 5:15pm with half an hour lunch

Hourly pay is to be confirmed.

- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
- Maths and English (if required)
