As Team Leader you will support the Deputy Head of Services with overseeing all volunteering projects in Southeast region. The services will be delivered in close partnership with the Ixion, Shaw Trust, Personal Wellbeing, ETE, Family Services and Pact prison teams, a range of statutory and non-statutory partners, and a wide variety of local voluntary and community agencies. The services you will support will be provided by a team of staff and volunteers from across a large geographical area that the teams have recruited and trained. You will also support the recruitment and training of volunteers for our prison-based family services in the Southeast, as well as case managing. You will ensure the delivery and continued development of consistently high quality, cost-effective and responsive services, grounded in our mission, vision and values.

The service will involve providing support, guidance, training, and development opportunities to volunteers working and Peer Support Workers

The Team Leader is responsible for managing personal and team performance against service delivery targets, working in collaboration with the Prime Contractors, case Managers and Contract Manager supporting the delivery of information to evidence delivery and outcomes. Partnership delivery will be key, working with other Case managers and Mentors; National Probation Service (NPS) Responsible Officers, HMPPS and community services to support desistance from offending. Team working across a multi-disciplinary and multi-organisational team will be an essential part of the role.

Case carrying to meet the demands and needs of the service delivery.

Please Note: This role requires a valid driving license and own means of transportation.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable capacity to coordinate a broad service, as well as experience and understanding of working with prisoners in a challenging multi-agency environment on a highly targeted payment by results contract. You will also have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a demanding workload, team, and volunteers. You will have the ability to contribute to planning and development of Pact's work and have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice. Furthermore, you will have excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in build partnerships with a range of agencies.

**Salary**: £25,000 per annum ( £24,000 basic + £1,000 MS)
**Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
