An exciting opportunity has arisen as part of a rapidly developing convenience food-to-go manufacturer due to the fast organic growth of the business.

The company is a private family-owned food-to-go manufacturer based in Croydon, supplying retail clients and foodservice operators with a range of chilled ready to eat products.

As part of a busy Commercial Team, we are looking to expand our growing department to support the business with an exceptional Customer Service Representative. The role will involve all aspects of providing high level customer service to our existing customers as well as new accounts and future business. This includes dealing with general enquiries and complaints, communication with other departments to ensure a smooth running of the business operations in order to maintain high level of customer satisfaction. The role will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader and training will be provided.

**The Person**

You will be a positive individual with your glass always half full You will be passionate about working for a healthy and sustainable business which is looking to make a difference in the food industry. Because of the nature of the role, you must have excellent verbal and written communication and collaborative skills, a can-do attitude and above all, an ability to think on your feet to interact with clients, colleagues, and management effectively. Indispensably, you will have problem solving facility to quickly identify issues or challenges to develop creative solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and retention. You must have the adaptability and flexibility to changes in client preferences, market dynamics and company policies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry. The role is busy so you will need to be able to multitask whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism. You will be highly organised and have the skills to work under pressure to meet deadlines. You will have to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients by providing an exceptional customer service and addressing their needs promptly. The role is highly rewarding - you will have ownership of your customer accounts and will be able to directly see the impact of your hard work, giving you lots of job satisfaction

**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm plus one Saturday a month
- 8-hour office-based shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13,070.31-£33,978.41 per year
