**- Strategic Design Leadership**:

- Lead strategic design initiatives that align with ClearSky Logic's vision.
**- Mentorship and Coaching**:

- Foster the development of junior and mid-level designers through mentorship and training.

- Establish and maintain design systems for product consistency and scalability.
**- Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with various departments to ensure a unified user experience.

- Stay updated with industry trends and promote innovative design methods.
**- Quality Assurance and Standards**:

- Uphold high design standards and conduct regular reviews for quality assurance.

- Oversee multiple projects, managing timelines, resources, and priorities efficiently.

Pay: £47,000.00-£51,000.00 per year
