**Your Role**

As a Senior UI/UX Product Designer at Calero, you will be instrumental in making our product designs simple, clean, and engaging. Your work will ensure that our solutions are not only user-friendly but also coherent across our extensive product portfolio. This role involves:

- Collaborating closely with end users and product and engineering teams across various projects, enhancing our platform's usability and appeal.
- Leading and mentoring a team of product designers to establish best-in-class design templates and UI/UX standards that streamline technology implementation and adoption.
- Engaging with a broad spectrum of use cases to simplify and elevate the user experience, ensuring the Calero brand's look and feel are consistently represented.
- Leveraging your expertise to document and align essential user journeys, from initial concept feedback to engineering requirements and ultimate user adoption.

**What You Bring**
- Experience: You have a proven track record in UI/UX design, preferably within the SaaS B2B Enterprise market or B2C in start-ups and/or established companies in the tech sector. Your portfolio demonstrates your ability to deliver real-life products that solve complex problems.
- Skills: Proficiency in a variety of design tools, with openness to adopting new technologies as needed. Exceptional ability to document, align, and iterate on key user journeys, turning early problem/solution concepts into UI/UX engineering requirements and successful user adoption.
- Collaboration: With a background in working closely with end users, product managers, and engineers, you are adept at supporting various use case teams and balancing engineering complexities with end-user benefits. You excel in fast-paced environments and adapting quickly to feedback from end users, product management, and engineering teams.

**Location**

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely, on-site, or in a hybrid arrangement. Our offices are located in Rochester, NY; Phoenix, Arizona; Tunbridge Wells, UK; Cannock, UK; Edinburgh, UK, Waverly, IA.
