**UI/UX designer (User Experience / User Interface Designer)
Cyberhawk are looking for a n early career UX/UI designer with some commercial experience to join our rapidly SAAS product team. We use drones and software to keep people out of danger and reduce the carbon footprint of our energy and large capital project clients. We a re a flexible company who value their employees.

**About our **User Experience / User Interface Designer role:
**The day-to-day:
- You will be provid ing support to the UX/UI designe r and c ollaborat ing with product owners, front end software engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to refine the user experience.
- You will be p articipat ing in research to learn more about our external and internal users.
- You will w ork on user flows and user story mapping, c r eat ing low fidelity wire frames and r efin ing wires into high fidelity prototypes and interactions.
- You will h elp us to continue embedding common UX practice into the team and s upport in adapting UX processes and contributing to and maintaining our design system. You will a ssist in the QA of products.

We are looking for someone at the early career stage with a growth mindset and intellectual curiosity who is always seeking to learn more and further their kno wledge and UX/UI skills.

W e are looking for someone with a portfolio that demonstrates:

- strong UI skills
- an understanding of UX decision making an understanding of the UX/ UI process from requirements through to hand off

**Skills**:

- You should have experience and knowledge of heuristics
- Experi e nce of Agile Methodology and Scrum
- Experience working with front end developers will be needed.
- Desire to p articipat e in research activities to learn more about our customer
- A n ambitious, team player who wants to help build impactful products to help shape an industry
- E x c ellent communication skills and g o od at accepting and understanding feedback and constructive criticism Ideally you would also be proficient with Figma and Zeplin but we can help you learn this.
